В статье представлен обзор литературы по хирургическому ортопедическому лечению вывиха бедра у пациентов с тяжелыми формами ДЦП (GMFCS IV, V) в возрасте 10 лет и старше. Рассматриваются показания, особенности, результаты, преимущества и недостатки оперативных вмешательств: резекционной артропластики проксимального отдела бедра, вальгизирующей опорной остеотомии бедренной кости, эндопротезирования и артродезирования тазобедренного сустава.
