The article presents the results of a questionnaire survey in 2017, conducted to study the state of involvement, satisfaction and loyalty of the personnel of the technical control department of Mikhailovsky GOK. The recommendations on increasing the level of involvement of the personnel of the said structural subdivision of the plant are developed.
