"Thies in law": analysis of history and modernity

The community of “thieves in law” is considered, a characteristic of this phenomenon is given. A historical analysis is carried out and the current situation and the influence of “thieves” on the penal system and economic policy of Russia are described. Based on the data obtained during the polls, it is concluded that thieves will try to determine the vector of the country’s future development.
