Normative isomorphism theory influence on transformational processes taking place in credit organizations

The article is devoted to normative isomorphism, a kind of institutional isomorphism, as an essential part of transformational processes taking place both in the economy as a whole and in the banking sector in particular. There have been established the determinant of normative isomorphism close interconnection with the activity of professional communities and associations including banks as well as with teaching, certification, retraining and further professional growth of crediting organization’s employees. The article emphasizes the role of normative isomorphism in creating ethical and legal rules for the crediting organization’s activity and its significance for the economy as a whole.
