Study of dynamic of peroxidation of lipids in erythrocytes and plasma of peripheral blood, content of recovered and oxidized glutathione in schizophrenic patients has been conducted in the process of therapy. Increase of concentration of malonic dyaldehyde as 1,5-2,0 as much has been identified; enhancement of content in plasma of oxidized glutathione and decrease of content of recovered glutathione as 25 % as compared with group of healthy persons. Under influence of therapy with neuroleptics, decrease of number of malonic dyaldehyde is observed both in erythrocytes and in plasma. We have not detected any statistically reliable influence of the therapy on level of oxidized and recovered glutathione.
