The study involved male swimmers (n = 30) specializing in middle ranges. The age of the subjects was 16-17 years old, qualifications - the 1st senior degree and Candidate Master of Sports. Rates of central hemodynamics were recorded in relative tranquillity, during the special maximum load, on the 10th and 20th minutes of emergency recovery. Results. The reaction of the cardiovascular system to the effects of hyperoxy in athletes with the predominance of cholinergic regulation of cardiac activity is not significantly expressed and completely leveled by the urgent recovery of 20th minute. The greatest effect of hyperoxic effects on the recovery processes of the circulatory apparatus after maximum load was observed in athletes with a predominance of cardiac activity adrenergic regulation. Conclusion. The physiological mechanism of the effect of the hyperoxic mixture on the body has common patterns, but the severity of these changes is different for athletes with different types of autonomic regulation, which allows you to use an individual-typological approach to choosing effective extra-training means to increase efficiency and accelerate recovery processes in sports.
