The article is devoted to the some aspects of formation of the pedagogical higher school in Inner Asia capitals: Ulan-Ude city (the Republic of Buryatia, Russia) and Hoh-Hot city (the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, China). The importance of research is obvious, because it is necessary to comprehend the changes happening in the 20th century in educational systems and its influences on modern processes, to analyze and establish the reasons of the transformational processes happening in an education system that is impossible without experience gained from previous generation. Methodological basis of the research is the historical method, and also systematic and structural-functional analysis. Results of the study let us to reveal the features of development and formation of the pedagogical higher school of Inner Asia considering their history and national color and also have a direct relation to one of the most actual problem of cultural, information and educational security. The obtained results can be used in the work of public authorities involved in the development of public policy in the field of education, in reading of the lecture course, special seminars on pedagogy and history of education for the students and specialists of humanities.

New economic opportunities in remote areas are often linked to major private and public sector investment projects which are controlled by external decisionmakers and lead to temporary periods of economic ‘boom’. There is little agreement in the literature about the extent to which local communities in remote areas can benefit from such opportunities and access employment in industries dependent on external decision-makers. This article investigates the case of Tennant Creek, a small and remote settlement in the Northern Territory of Australia, and provides a methodological framework for examining the diversification potential of local economies dependent on externally driven economic opportunities. By analysing local labour changes from 2001 to 2011, the research examined the town’s capacity to mobilise its labour force and diversify in response to new opportunities offered by a range of economic ‘booms’ in the mining, construction, transport, tourism, health, education and government service sectors. The results suggest that Tennant Creek has been able to adapt its local labour force to some degree to take advantage of new economic opportunities. However, concerns remain about the town’s strong dependence on public service sector employment, major unrealised potential in the tourism and transaction service sectors, and declining participation of Indigenous residents in economic boom industries.

The ancients had a generalized concept of “affair” and indifferent consciousness of “story”, which made the narrative a not pure process in. Narrative be covered with emotion outside just reflects the characteristic of Chinese way of cognitive style and thinking habits.

Across the Arctic, sparse settlement patterns and lack of permanent roads have led to a reliance on aircraft for long-distance transportation. Air routes designed decades ago to access arctic communities for administrative purposes from remote temperate-zone political and financial capitals have imprinted themselves on local and regional economies and social relations. Commercial logistics of resource development as well as administrative logistics of implementing public programs for education, health care, and local services took advantage of the colonial- era air network and insured its continuity. Local residents follow the same routes as they fly between small rural communities where they maintain social and cultural ties, and urban areas offering better opportunities for higher education, health care, and wage employment. Small community residents continue to rely on small engine technologies for local transportation as they carry out traditional rural livelihoods. The extremely fuel-intensive nature of these modes of long-distance and local mobility creates severe challenges to community sustainability in an era of sustained high oil prices and concern over greenhouse gas emissions.

School-enterprise cooperation refers to the all-round and multilevel cooperation between vocational institutions and enterprises based on school needs. In this study, taken Ningbo Polytechnic Institute in China and Kamensk Gdansk Polytechnic institute in Russia as examples, we investigated the implementation strategies of school-enterprise cooperation between China and Russia in the field of vocational education. The similarities and differencesof implementation strategies of School-enterprise cooperationin vocational education between China and Russia were analyzed and we concluded that the main development direction of the current vocational education is “school-enterprise cooperation” for both China and Russia. Valuable experiences to the development of vocational education in China are provided as well in our study.

In this paper explores the reception of Presbyterianism in Buriatiуa in the context of the general religious and national awakening that occurred in Russia under Mikhail Gorbachev and Boris El‘tsin. Rather than provide a final answer to the reasons for the extraordinary successes of the Korean mission, the author has turned my lens to the reception of the Korean kerygma under the particular historical conditions of the 1990s. Under Gorbachev, important legal changes provided greater religious freedom and more cultural autonomy to ethnic communities; the new legal regime transformed the nature of the market of ideas and collective identities. In 1990 a new law that permitted the creation of national-cultural centers allowed the Koreans and other nationalities of the Republic of Buriatiуa to develop a secularized collective identity that emphasized their shared historical experience. In the same year, a new law granted unprecedented religious liberty to Soviet and also gave foreign missionaries the opportunity to offer new religious collective identities.

The characteristics of Russian trade remedy policy towards China and its trend analysis

With the Russian accelerating integration into the international economic system and the Chinese continuous improvement the domestic market and legal environments, Sino-Russian trade relations have become increasingly close. The trade scale has expanded each year and therefore trade friction is likely to increase. Although the special political relationship between China and Russia can partly restrain intense trade friction between the two countries, the two countries still should further standardize bilateral markets and trade orders, so that the Sino-Russian trade can obtain long-term and stable development under the changing international situation of growing complexity.

The current status and development prospects of Confucius institutes in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine

In November 2006 the first Confucius Institute was settled and operated in St. Petersburg State University. By now, 38 Confucius Institutes and Confucius classrooms have been settled and operated in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. There is no doubt that the Confucius Institute has played a huge role in the promotion of friendship. At present, the Confucius Institute in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine has achieved good results for different population groups and needs to be customized to take various measures to succeed. However, in the development of the Confucius Institute still exist a large number of problems and difficulties. If we can address these issues as future work, then create a virtuous cycle, Confucius College will make a greater contribution to international communication.

The influence of Soviet educational model in Mongolia

The article is devoted to educational system of Mongolia and influences of soviet educational model on it. The rich experience of the Soviet Union of Russian schools had played significant roles on improvement to make modifications by reflecting the achievement of modern science and technical advancement on curriculum content since the beginning of 1970s. Conducting the advanced methods, which based on Soviet’s schools and teachers’ huge experience could improve the results of subject in our schools had already started giving its valuable consequences. During the process of existing the educational unified system, the aids and experiences from the Republics of Soviet Union, Soviet’s educational organization, school, educators, and scholars had more responsibility on making decision. The ideology and theoretical background of Mongolian education system is based on European educational developmental theory, which is transmitted through the Soviet Union.

На сегодняшний день, как отмечают многие китайские исследователи, для Китая экономическое и социокультурное развитие приграничного пояса становится приоритетным для того, чтобы презентовать китайскую культуру и апробировать инновационные межкультурные практики. Автономный район Внутренняя Монголия граничит на севере с Россией и, соответственно, является провайдером политики Китая на север, в такие страны как Россия и Монголия. Таким образом, на сегодняшний день стоит необходимость во всестороннем изучении региона Внутренняя Монголия, для того чтобы выявить экономоические, демографические и социокультурные процессы в регионе, которые помогут скорректировать выстраивание межкультурного диалога между нашими странами. В предложенной статье представлена общая характеристика региона: географическое положение, экономическая ситуация, где основное внимание сфокусировано на научно-техническом блоке.

В статье рассматриваются исторические события, связанные с именем одного из виднейших представителей бурятского народа на рубеже веков, - буддийского иерарха, Цаннид Хамбо Агвана Доржиева, отражение жизни и деятельности в интернет-пространстве и социальной сети, где особо отмечено участие на съезде народов Востока как шаг вперед в деле формирования национально- культурной автономии бурят в начале ХХ в. В 2023 г. Республике Бурятия исполняется 100 лет. В связи с этим в средствах массовой информации публикуются материалы о деятельности выдающихся личностей республики. Автор отмечает, что биография и общественно-политическая жизнь Агвана Доржиева в разное время изучена профессиональными исследователями. Сегодня материалы о деятельности буддийского иерарха размещены на специальных сайтах, связанных с образованием, политикой, и вызывают интерес общественности.

Исследования в области изучения культуры компактной группы бурят, проживающих на территории автономного района Внутренняя Монголия КНР, представляют собой новое направление в китайской науке. В настоящее время число научных работ в этой области неуклонно растёт. Основным направлением научно-исследовательской работы является изучение культурных традиций шэнэхэнских бурят. Устойчивость культурных традиций, характерная для шэнэхэнского сообщества, интересна с точки зрения сохранения культурного наследия в условиях иносоциокультурной среды.

В Монголии наблюдаются относительно высокие показатели по уровню образования рабочей силы и грамотности населения. Тем не менее, уровень занятости в стране снижается, а число безработных с каждым годом увеличивается. Тенденция «к омоложению» безработных стала головной болью общества. Поэтому для обеспечения социальной стабильности необходимо осуществлять реструктуризацию занятости, и реализацию более эффективной политики по занятости населения. В данной статье объясняются проблемы в отраслях экономики, причины их возникновения, а также сделан анализ занятости трудовых ресурсов Монголии.
