Criminal legal protection of advocate’s activity it is defined unfairly

Purpose: Consideration of a question of sufficiency and validity of criminal legal protection of advocate’s activity. Methodology: The author mainly used system (complex) approach and the formal-legal (dogmatic) method was applied. Results: In article the standards of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation providing criminal liability for crimes against justice taking into account need of ensuring normal implementation of advocate’s activity are analyzed. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific value as in it the analysis of a number of problematic issues of a legal regulation of criminal legal protection of advocate’s activity is made and a number of ways of its improvement is offered.
