Taking into account temperature factor of hardening concrete when establishing objects of transport infrastructure

Currently, in the Russian Federation there is a significant increase in personal and commercial road transport, in connection with which the issue of building new roads, bridges, tunnels, and other crossings is becoming increasingly acute. Since often during the construction of these facilities one of the main tasks is to minimize the construction time of the facility, the process of intensification of technological processes of production comes first. Based on the fact that reinforced concrete is the absolute leader in the use as the main building material, it seems important and necessary to comply with all the qualitative characteristics of the specified material both at the stage of laying the concrete mix in the formwork, and in the process of curing concrete until the termination of moisture and moisture care him. In this regard, to optimize the temperature factor of hardening concrete during the construction of transport infrastructure facilities, it is necessary at the design stage of the facility to provide measures to take into account the influence of the temperature gradient of hardening concrete on the operational properties of building structures. The article presents the basic methods for taking into account the temperature factor of hardening concrete of erected structures, developed including the authors of the work, the use of which will ensure the defect-free concreting of objects, including in accelerated terms.
