At sources of the Russian constitution. In memory of the academician Oleg Emelyanovich Kutafin

Purpose: Consideration of the main aspects of scientific heritage of the academician O.E. Kutafin in the field of research of the constitutional construction in Russia. Methodology: The author used a historical and legal method and analysys of O.E. Ktuafin’s main scientific works in the constitutionalism sphere. Results: In work the main ideas and the concepts formulated in scientific works of the Academician O.E. Kutafin in the sphere of a constitutional law and realization of constitutionalism in Russia are analysed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value as in it the analysis of a number of aspects of the constitutional construction in Russia including practical realization of the constitutionalism, representing relevance for modern legal science and political life of the country is given.
