Transformation of national economy of post-soviet Russia in the world economy: legal aspect

In the paper is the analysis of the problems of transformation in the world economy of post-Soviet Russia. On the basis of analysis of different analytical materials published in scientific journals as отичественных and foreign publications stated that, in conditions of deep economic crisis in the world, the need for social protection of people in all subjects of the international law requires concentration of all resources (natural, technological, intellectual) for ensuring the operation of an effective system of management of global processes. The conclusion is made that any state is not able to provide the necessary level of management of the company, constitutes a threat to the international community as a whole.
