Transfer of educational technologies: a new stage in the development of regional higher education markets in Russia

In modern conditions, Russian regional universities and institutions are acquiring new opportunities, lying in the field of liberalization, openness of education. Such an opportunity in Russia can be more effective use of the transfer of educational technologies. This will be relatively more relevant for regional Russian universities, which nevertheless can, due to the opportunities of the open educational space, realize the benefits of transferring advanced educational technologies.
