Приведены варианты тракционного повреждения безымянного пальца перстнем. Представлены существующие классификации. Проанализированы методики лечения, показания к ним, хирургическая техника, эффективность. Описана технология операций на костно-сухожильном аппарате, варианты восстановления кровообращения и иннервации отчлененного пальца.
