Thepacific Russia as the docking station for integration of the Russian Federation with Japan, North Korea and South Korea

The author offers a fundamentally new methodological approach to forecasting of the planetary community development - the pioneer futuristic concept, which substantiates the necessity for the Eurasian Union development in the Far Eastern direction. It is essential in the new geopolitical situation (the entry of Ukraine into the EU). As a Pacific country, Russia could serve as a «docking station» in the economic cooperation between the Eurasian Union, Japan and Korea. It would be helpful in neutralizing mutual incomprehension between West and East as the two different ethnic and social systems.
