The practice and future of Heilongjiang province to boost China-Russia financial cooperation

Under the background of the further development of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation in the new era, Heilongjiang Province has actively carried out financial cooperation with Russia by relying on its geographical advantages and achieved relatively remarkable practical results. This research is carried out from the perspective of Heilongjiang Province. On the basis of summarizing the previous achievements and experience, this paper puts forward several suggestions, such as improving the coordination mechanism of China-Russia financial cooperation, expanding the scope of subjects and financial cooperation, continuing to promote the "de - dollarization" process and increasing financial supports of key areas. These proposals are of great practical significance for China-Russia financial cooperation.
