The COVID-19 pandemic has been one of the worst public and health crises in the past decade. The data obtained indicate that the frequency of symptoms of anxiety and depression averages from 16 to 28%, sleep disorders and in 8% of cases is accompanied by severe stress, which, based on modern ideas about the work of the psyche, is a common psychological reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. Several individual variables reduce the severity of symptoms.
