Theoretical and methodological foundations of professional and applied methods of formation of physical culture of the individual at the university

The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of professional and applied methods for the formation of physical culture of the individual at the university. The author's concept proceeds from the fact that professionally applied physical culture is one of the factors of professional socialization of students. The effectiveness of professional and applied methods largely depends on taking into account the psychophysical qualities of the individual, the specifics of the professional qualities of the future specialist, as well as on the initiative and methodological training of teachers.
