Theoretical questions of labor and satisfaction with labor

The article raises the issue of theoretical substantiation of the phenomenon of job satisfaction. This aspect is considered as an activity, its theoretical justification. The evolution of the study of satisfaction with work in the scientific literature, approaches to the formation of terminology is described. The article describes the approaches of both domestic and foreign researchers.
