Physical training of person is a specially organized process of task-oriented stimulation of development and improvement of his motor capacity, agreed with the rhythm of his natural development. The organizational basis of long-term athlete training should be systematically conducted such training sessions; content and structure are determined by the basic principles of sports training. Quantitative characteristics of the parameters of training loads of physical exercise, as well as their long-term dynamics are determined in order to achieve optimum physical fitness of each athlete to ensure the necessary level of physical working capacity. The growth of sports skill of football players aged15-17 is largely due to the level of physical working capacity, and therefore a significant part of the training time should be given for the development of special physical qualities. It was assumed that the special physical working capacity of teenage footballers of late puberty is largely due to the so-called "potency factors", i.e. bioenergy (aerobic and anaerobic) capabilities of the body. Differentiation of physical loads on energy direction and design of the level of their effects on the body at different stages of long-term training will help create the necessary phy sical abilities, reflecting the high level of special physical working capacity of football player. The article deals with the planning of physical activity of different energy focus in cascade building process of physical training of young football players aged 15-17. Experimental planning technology is associated with the design of physical activity level at different stages of training on the basis of speed cycling training process. This arrangement will allow to differentiate the load according to its energy focus and adjust the amount of exposure in order to en sure systematic and sustained improvements in fitness, while avoiding undesirable functional states associated with overwork and overexertion.
