Technologies of information and psychological impact on the population and the government in social crisis situations

This article is devoted to the study of political technologies in course of political regime changes in modern international relations. The authors consider different methods of influencing the masses through the media and Internet on the example of the unstable socio-political societies in the Middle East. In the end levels of political technologies that are used for influence the contemporary society and the government are listed.
