The operation of oil and gas fields without taking into account geodynamical processes can result and, in fact, results in formation of conditions of technogenic geodynamic processes realized in destructive and catastrophic events and, as a consequence, losses and oil and gas reserves underexploited. For providing geodynamical safety synergetic approaches have been developed to study geomechanical processes of the evolution of nonlinear nonequilibrium natural-technical system (NTS) - for operating oil-and-gas deposit. The graphic model of the NTS evolution based on the algorithm that involves interchange of linear and non-linear deformations and bifurcations has been considered. Based on the developed geodynamical model of oil-and-field deposit with spatial geometry and conditions of the fluid-saturated rock mass taken into consideration, the peculiarities of its stress-deformed state have been revealed. This allows to predict the development of the deformation processes and geodynamical regime formation during the field's exploration and production. For providing geodynamical and geoecological safety the structure of geodynamical monitoring of gas/oil pipelines for Euro-Arctic conditions has been justified.
