In techogen Civilization, Social Development is accelerated, ecstatic development is exchanged with intensive development. It is new ideas, high values that change innovation, creativity, activity. In their influence, the traditional customs and values change, transformation is threeraydi, some can be forgotten. The need for scientific rationalism in the system of values is also associated with technological civilization, since at the core of the idea of changing the world there is an understanding of the world from a scientific point of view. On the basis of this lies the belief that a person, according to his Purpose, will post the secrets of nature and social life. This trust is strengthened by scientific and technical discoveries.
