Subjects of the legal relationship for compensation for harm caused to a human's life and health as a result of consuming of medicines

Purpose: To identify the circle of subjects of legal relations to compensate for harm to human life and health caused by the use of medicines. The practical significance of the goal is to determine the subject on the side of the creditor, i.e. obliged to compensate the consumer for the harm caused. Methodology: When writing the work, formal legal, comparative methods.To achieve the goal, the article gives a general description of the legal status of the seller, manufacturer of the drug, holder or holder of the registration certificate for the drug, drug developer. Results: The comparative characteristics of the subject composition of persons responsible for the quality and safety of goods in the sense of civil law and in the federal law «On the circulation of medicines» are given. To achieve the goal, the general scientific dialectic method, special research methods of system analysis, comparative legal and formal logical methods were used. Novelty/originality/value: The relevance of the research topic is due to the high social significance of relations in the field of healthcare and the circulation of medicines.
