Education development strategy and organizational culture in higher education

In the article actual problems of educational work at the university in light of the requirements of the "Strategy of development of education in the Russian Federation for the period till 2015". In particular, the main mechanism for the implementation of education is the organizational culture of the university, based on traditional value orientations.
