Strategic management in corporate industrial sector of Altai region

The article deals with the tools of strategic planning in corporate industrial sector. These are considered to form the standpoint of forming a strategy of organizational development. Organizational development management is primary aimed to improve the industry process implemented by people, who are the main enterprises' resources. At the same time social structure of organizational development is closely connected with corporate culture, non-formal structure, employees' motivation, their values and norms.
