Strategic planning of regional industry promotion

Stable functioning of any industry is guaranteed by economic development. This requires new methods in planning that provides prognosis for economy indicators and makes it possible to increase competitiveness in a volatile market environment. The author suggests a new methodological approach to predict the indicators in regional industry development on the basis of scenario planning.
