Static mode of the mathematical model of an electric multipolarwith memrezative branches in the conditions of interval uncertainty

This article is devoted to the problem of improving the operational characteristics of computing equipment during the design of the basic elements based on memristors. The authors analyze the large signal mode when calculating in direct current (static mode) for an electric multipole with memresistive branches in finite increments. The calculation is carried out to determine the parameters of the operating point of nonlinear electronic devices, as well as static corresponding electronic devices. In the calculation, interval systems of nonlinear algebraic equations are drawn up, for the solution of which Newton’s method is applied. As a result of the study, the applicability of the chosen approach to the analysis of nanoelectronic circuits, both memory elements and the architecture of information-measuring systems as a whole, is confirmed.
