It is noted that in other historical periods, the attitude to tourism was not always unambiguous, but with an increase in its financial component, the state began to strive to develop objects of the tourism industry and normative regulation of tourism activities. It is emphasized that as a subject of legal regulation tourism is multifaceted and regulated by the norms of many branches of law, at the same time, part of relations in the tourism sector can be both legal and amateurish in nature, the regulatory role of law in this case is reduced to the establishment of a system of prohibitions expressing the impossibility of committing acts that violate the interests of the individual, society or the state.
