Means of individualization of business entities in international circulation

Purpose: Development of legislative mechanisms regulating the protection of means of individualization of economic entities in international circulation. Methodology: Comparative legal method, systemic, formal legal method were used. Results: The author comes to the conclusion that in the field of protection of means of individualization at the international level, it is necessary to develop international cooperation by creating a unified information database that allows timely detection and suppression of offenses in this area. In addition, it is no less important to solve the problem of unification in the field of legal regulation of means of individualization, which is of particular importance in connection with the globalization of the world economy. Novelty/originality/value: The article has a high scientific value, since it examines the means of individualization of economic entities in international circulation, which are of particular importance in connection with the search for the most effective ways of developing the production sphere not only of a single state, but also of unification of countries, including number in the form of international organizations.
