State regulation of entrepreneurial activity is an important component of building an effective market economy in our country. This is a very significant and broad direction of state policy, which includes both the creation of a favorable organizational and legal environment for the development and enhancement of entrepreneurial activity in general, as well as the special regulation of activities, the support of various types and groups of entrepreneurs. The article is devoted to the research of the stages of the formation of entrepreneurship in Russia.
