Современные взгляды на диагностику и лечение пациентов с перипротезной инфекцией после эндопротезирования коленного сустава

На долю операций ревизионного эндопротезирования коленного сустава, выполненных по причине перипротезной инфекции, приходится более 58 % от всех ревизионных вмешательств. В представленном обзоре литературы проанализированы данные многочисленных литературных источников, освещающих вопросы современной диагностики, а также, подходов к лечению перипротезной инфекции. Большинство авторов сообщает об эффективности двухэтапного лечения, причем тип спейсера, имплантируемого на первом этапе, не влияет на эффективность санации очага инфекционного воспаления. Однако использование на первом этапе артикулирующих санирующих конструкций имеет ряд преимуществ над неартикулирущими, среди которых одно из наиболее важных - это лучшая амплитуда движений в оперированном коленном суставе.
