Modern trends and perspectives of development of physical culture and health services in tourism sphere by means of physical culture

O date the coronovirus pandemic has forced all mankind to pay attention to their health as never before. Millions of Russians who have fallen ill and recovered are planning to improve their physical condition in domestic resorts. Yes, tourism remains a priority for holidaymakers, despite the global sickness rate. In 2021, the tourism market in Russia is much more stable than in previous periods. This fact is related to the closure of the borders of foreign countries, financially suitable to the wallet of our compatriot. This article is devoted to the relationship between modern tourism activities and health and fitness services, disclosed its traditional components and new methods of healing the body during the resort.
