Modern concept of quality management of hotel services of small means of placement

In article such important concept for tourism as «quality of hotel service» and factors which influence it is considered. As a result of the research conducted by the author it is revealed that for creation of a complex control system by quality of hotel services of small means of placement it is necessary: 1) that the leading role in system was played by the state, through system of governing bodies, with advantage of territorial level; 2) the independent association of producers of hotel services has to become the basis of such system; 3) the system needs to be formed on the basis of existing Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tuapse area; 4) the market structure has to become Basic Element of system. It is only this way possible to increase system effectiveness of quality management of hotel services of the small organizations of hotel business and to gain synergetic effect from the carried-out in its limits intercomponent and inter-level influences focused on receiving some condition of object of management, for example service and level of quality processes.
