Profit forecasting and optimizing tools improvement for building enterprises

The article suggests an algorithm of marginal profit forecasting for construction industry, presupposing the possibility of plans correction and suggests an algorithm of profit optimization based on the analysis of internal and external environment' factors in order to develop ways and procedures to reduce construction cost.
