В сообщении II представлен обзор литературы о суицидальном поведении (СП) больных при отдельных соматических заболеваниях. Показано, что соматически больные с СП более социально дезадаптированы. Соматическое страдание делает больного более уязвимым к микросоциальным конфликтам, чаще ассоциируется с чувством обременённости, одиночества и болью, снижающими порог страха смерти. При раке риск суицида в 2-4 раза выше по сравнению с общим населением. В Западной Европе и США самоубийства определяют 0,2 0,5% смертей онкологических больных (ОБ). При этом до 50% самоубийств происходит при локализованном и потенциально излечимом заболевании. Среди жертв суицидов в России онкобольных ≤ 0,5%; соотношение мужчин и женщин - 4:1; средний возраст 67 лет. При этом, возможно, лишь ≤ 1/3 суицидов зарегистрированы. Риск суицида выше у белых мужчин, хуже переносящих боль и функциональные ограничения. Уровень суицидальной смертности растёт с возрастом установления диагноза - выше в старшем (55-65 лет), наибольший -в возрасте ≥ 80 лет...
