"Kaizen" system: microeconomic approach in student's innovative activities

The article considers the advantages of introducing Lean manufacturing systems in modern Russian enterprises. The article points out the importance of bringing the content of training of technology teachers in accordance with the requirements of modern, constantly changing production. The article considers the process of forming the foundations of the rationalization activity of the future practicing teacher using the technology of the Japanese system of continuous improvement of «kaizen». If the majority of works on innovation in the vocational education system consider this phenomenon mainly as an additional, optional, fragmentary part of the training, in this article the author tells about the particular experience focused on the microrationalization of future teachers of practical training, technology teachers and masters of industrial training in Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov.
