This article is devoted to the schemes of acting within the deep structure of cognitive information realized in the scientific texts. The authors study the principles of acting scheme construction within the process of discourse structure perception and decoding. The evolution of the certain units representing cognitive information is connected with the use of correct schemes of acting on the basis of metaunits modeling this schemes as an algorithm or method of understanding procedure, understanding of the producer's text and producer's reflection not only at the first level of abstraction, in denotative relation, but also at the subsequent levels of phenomenological philological reflection over verbalized in signs and symbols / linguistic units, texts - mental constructs, all this causes the birth of new terminological senses. Intentionally attached cognitive effect as the central element of the intentional linguistic experiment not only serves to create stylistic effect, but broadens the possibility of the language system, causing incomprehension as the basic element of the recipient co-authorship. This paper is devoted to the principles of sense derivation in the scientific discourse within the approach that views the language as the system of signs derivation and text as the verbal creation causing new sense derivation. The new sense derivation, as well as the transformation of the rethought constructs structure, turns into a process of continuous overflow and mutations that pervades the entire cognitive sphere.
