The role of hr audit in public authorities

This article is devoted to analysis of the significance of HR audit in public authorities. The provision on its basis of practical recommendations on improvement of a personnel audit for the purpose of efficiency of carrying out state policy and implementing state civil service, the implementation of which will significantly increase the efficiency of work of personnel service of state bodies.
