The success of the company as a whole depends on the orientation of the behavior of its employees in the relevant system of management relations. The author proves that organizational culture is a complex management mechanism that manifests itself in the mission and objectives of the enterprise and has a significant impact on the attitude of employees to the company, on the basic principles of employees and the enterprise as a whole. The influence of organizational culture on the team can be both functionally positive, aimed at the development of the enterprise, and negative or dysfunctional, destroying it. This interdependence forms the organizational structure that subordinates the behavior of employees according to the distribution of authority and responsibility, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise.
