Введение. Реконструктивное эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава у больных коксартрозом с деформацией бедренной кости является сложной и актуальной проблемой. Вопросы, касающиеся определения и классификации деформации бедренной кости, оптимального объема реконструкции и типа фиксации бедренного компонента, по-прежнему, остаются открытыми. Цель. Проанализировать имеющиеся данные об эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава у пациентов с деформацией бедренной кости с точки зрения оптимального объема реконструкции и типа фиксации бедренного компонента. Материалы и методы. Произведен поиск литературы в различных информационных системах (PubMed, MedLine, Scopus, Library.ru, ГНТБ, ЦНТБ и др.) с использованием терминов: «femoral deformity»; «total hip arthroplasty after previous osteotomy»; «эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава у больных коксартрозом с деформацией бедренной кости»; «остеотомия бедра». Выводы. В настоящее время в литературе отсутствует общепринятое определение понятия деформации бедренной кости и ее классификация, объективные алгоритмы выбора хирургической тактики при эндопротезировании у больных коксартрозом с деформацией бедренной кости.
