Regulation of distance work in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union

Purpose: Development of proposals for improving the legal regulation of distance work in the Eurasian Economic Union. Methodology: The article is conducted on the basis of a comparative legal method and analysis of judicial practice. Results: This article presents comparison of the distance work regulation in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Armenia. The author outlines imperfection of the current legislation and problems of law enforcement practice. Novelty/originality/value: The author suggests recommendations for improving the current legislation by regulating the responsibilities of employers in providing communication and communication facilities, compensating workers’ expenses related to the performance of labor functions.
