Regulation of the professional rights of the advocate defender, ensuring their realization and protection by the legislation of the states eastern Europe

In article on the basis of the analysis of the legislation of a number of the states of Eastern Europe (Romania, Hungary, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria) are considered questions of a legal regulation, ensuring realization and criminal legal protection of the professional rights of the advocate defender in the territory of the respective states.
