Regional aspects of modernization of personnel management of an enterprise of the agrarian and industrial complex

In the article the directions of the modernization of the personnel management in the conditions of bankruptcy of an enterprise of the agrarian and industrial complex promoting preservation of the labor potential of the village area and region are proved. The problems of thepersonnel management at t he enterpr ises of t he agraria n and indu stria l complex are systematized. Outplacement is presented as a method of the personnel management directed to the development of the labor potential, providing turnover of the staff in accordance with the life cycle of an enterprise. Application of the outplacement has internal and external effects. The internal effect is a formation of the internal competition between the employees, improving the labour productivity and increasing the labor potential of an organization. If at an enterprise the practice of team building is applied, the internal effect of the outplacement has a higher level. The external effect of the outplacement provides a balance between the demand and supply in the labor market, and respectively, keeps and develops the labor potential of the territory...
