Real problems of virtual objects

Purpose: Article is sent for consideration of problems definition of a legal regime of virtual objects. Methodology: Were applied by the author a formal-legal c and comparative legal method. Results: In article relevance of a legal regime of virtual property conditions of modern economy is considered. Two contradictory approaches, pluses and minuses of each of them are analyzed, illegality of the approach developed by courts in Russia is proved. Adoption of the Resolution of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for prevention of further violations is offered. Novelty/originality/value: The scientific value of work consists in consideration of important aspects of legal status of virtual objects.
