Development of the regional market of procurable housing with a high proportion of economy-class building

This article describes issues related to the regional market of residential real estate, reflects the problem of realization of housing state programs, analyzes the residential real estate market, conducts segmentation of the housing market, presents the mechanism and stages of formation of the residential real estate market. Housing market analysis has shown that the level of housing availability per person is below the line in all regions of the country. In some regions business-class housing and social housing do not practically find a market because of the lack of population demand. Individual construction becomes urgent, it attracts people of medium and low incomes. The realization of the program "Procurable and Comfortable Housing for Russian Citizens", the Federal and regional (national) target program "Housing" improves the housing situation in the Siberian Federal District. Currently, solution of the problem of housing availability is carried out by the construction of a large number of economy- class houses.
