Resolution of disputes the commission on labour disputes: modern problems, the critical approach

In the article analyzes the problem questions of dispute resolution the commission on labour disputes, based on a critical estimation of norms of the standing of the Labour Code of Russian Federation, and also the necessity of bringing of legislative changes is grounded with an aim increase of efficiency of activity of these commissions.
