Development directions of the regional economic strategy, depending on the classification of economic clusters according to the degree of integration and level of resistance

The article discusses the author's proposed classification features generated economic cluster, based on classifications by the author formulates offers for improvement of the regional economic strategy under three components: fiscal, monetary and investment proposed some institutional measures improvement strategy, each of the measures aimed at achieving sustainable development of the region in terms of the cluster approach. The author makes conclusions about the directions of improvement of the legislation of subjects of Federation, about the necessary programs, tools to support economic clusters as drivers of sustainable economic growth of the region.
