Распространенность и факторы риска развития синдрома эмоционального выгорания у врачей-интернов (обзор зарубежной литературы)

В последние годы исследователи проявляют интерес к изучению синдрома эмоционального выгорания (СЭВ) на этапах последипломного образования (интернатура и клиническая ординатура, аналогом которой за рубежом является резидентура). Риск развития СЭВ повышен у интернов с высоким уровнем личностной тревожности, нейротизмом, недостаточным уровнем эмпатии, чертами расстройств личности и типом поведения D. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь формирования СЭВ с уровнем рабочего стресса и рабочей нагрузкой. Рабочий стресс у интернов связан со многими факторами - страхом совершить ошибку, недостаточностью средств для проживания, выполнением дополнительных обязанностей. Ограничение рабочего времени дает положительный результат в отношении СЭВ. Принадлежность к мужскому или женскому полу также может играть определенную роль в формировании СЭВ. Таким образом, изучение факторов риска СЭВ у резидентов является важным в проведении профилактических мероприятий (формирование группы риска и работа с ней).
