Динамика исследований рака молочной железы в последние годы показала, что он является наиболее частой формой опухоли у женщин во время беременности. По данным международных статистических институтов, на эту форму опухоли у женщин моложе 45 лет приходится до 8% всех случаев. Частота выявляемости РМЖ во время беременности колеблется от 1 на 3000 беременных женщин, до 1 на 10000 случаев беременности [1, 2]. Причина того, что ранее достаточно редкое сочетание РМЖ и беременности в настоящее время уже не является редкостью, заключается в более позднем возрасте деторождения, а также в том, что когорта больных расширяется за счет включения в нее и тех женщин, РМЖ у которых обнаружен в течение одного года после родов.
