High frequency of comorbid anxiety-depressive disorders (ADD) is noticed in patients with chronic coronary heart disease (CHD). The fact of need of coronary bypass surgery (CBS) is for patients an additional stressor as well as source of resources for mobilization and improvement of the processes of rehabilitation. Skillful application by attending physician of empathic techniques and communicative skills allows obtaining trust and respectful attitude of the patient towards the physician that provides adherence, quicker rehabilitation, may decrease risks of postoperative complications and mortality as well as complaints of the patients against medical personnel. The work of interdisciplinary team provides complexity and greater efficiency of rehabilitative programs for patients with chronic CHD and comorbid anxiety-depressive disorders as well as possibility for every participant to orientate in adjacent specialty and to be trained mutually in the team.
